Cookie Policy

Huevex uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage technologies. This page lists what the site actually stores, why it is stored, and how long it is kept. We do not use advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

1. Your choice. Essential technologies keep Huevex working and cannot be switched off. Everything optional, which is analytics, stays off until you allow it. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or choose individually in Cookie settings, and that link stays in the footer of every page so you can change your mind at any time. Rejecting or withdrawing a choice stops the optional measurement and clears the analytics cookies it set. Your choice is remembered in this browser for twelve months.

2. What cookies and browser storage are. Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use browser storage (local storage), which works in a similar way but is not sent to a server with every request. Both are covered by this policy and by the choice in Cookie settings.

3. Essential technologies. These are needed for the site to work and cannot be turned off:

• Your cookie choice. A first-party cookie named hv_consent, mirrored in browser storage, kept for 12 months. It records the choice described above so we do not ask on every page.
• Device identity. Two values in browser storage, huevex_browser_id and huevex_browser_token, kept until you clear your browser data. The first identifies the browser and the second is the secret that proves it belongs to you. They secure your session, apply the daily generation limits and help prevent abuse of the creation tools. They are not used to build an advertising profile and are never shared with advertisers.
• Sign-in session. While you are signed in, the platform that hosts Huevex (Base44) sets the cookies that keep you signed in. They are removed when you sign out or when the session expires.
• Bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile, and Google reCAPTCHA where a form uses it, protect forms and signup from automated abuse. They are loaded on the pages that need them.
• Typography. Adobe Fonts stylesheets deliver the site's typefaces. They set no cookies of their own.

4. Analytics, only with your permission. These load only after you allow them, and stop when you withdraw that permission:

• Google Analytics 4. Cookies named _ga and _ga_<measurement id>, kept for up to 2 years. It measures pages viewed, sessions and general usage so we can see which parts of Huevex are useful.
• Google Tag Manager. A container that can load measurement tags we choose. It is empty today, it loads only with your permission, and the script is removed if you withdraw that permission.
• Huevex's own measurement. Browser storage values hv_tracking_anonymous_id, hv_tracking_session, hv_tracking_attribution, hv_tracking_entry_seen and hv_tracking_opt_out; records are kept for up to 400 days. It records page views, how long a page is read, and how a visitor arrived at the site. It never records form entries, payment details, card data or user-entered text, and it is never joined across devices.

5. Platform monitoring. The platform that hosts Huevex (Base44) applies its own analytics and performance monitoring, including real-user monitoring by Datadog, to the apps it hosts. This is applied by the platform rather than by us, and it is not controlled by the Cookie settings panel on this site.

6. Services that store nothing until you use them. Stripe is loaded only when you begin a checkout, and Google or Microsoft sign-in is used only if you choose it. Neither is contacted while you are simply browsing.

7. No advertising or email tracking on this site. Huevex does not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not place tracking pixels on our pages.

8. Managing cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them individually, block third-party cookies, block cookies from particular websites, block all cookies, and clear everything when you close the browser. Blocking cookies for this site may stop parts of it working, in particular signing in and creating with the tools.

9. Updates. We may update this policy when our practices change, and we will revise the date at the top when we do.
